
Although I am concerned about the Coronavirus, I don’t think the answer is to panic. It’s important to educate yourselves during this period. The problem with stress, which activates the flight or fight response every time, is that it weakens the immune system. Weakening the immune system can increase your chances of getting sick.
I highly recommend you take the necessary precautions. Work from home if you can. Don’t make unnecessary trips to the grocery store. Practice good health habits like washing your hands. In fact, it’s important to practice good health tips all the time because there will always be some germ that could wipe you out if you don’t take care of your immune system.
