    I mix 1/4 cup of almonds, cashews, and dried cherries for my snacks.

    a good idea would be to add popcorn, that way you can increase the portion size since popcorn is high volume low calorie option

    I tend to mix almonds, cashews, peanuts, and craisins. I find it a great combination.
