    Crystal Lite? The aspartame is worse for you than sugar. Left-sided chirals give you cancer. Also, Skippy makes a much better peanut butter. Plus it's natural. Just peanuts and palm oil. Besides, Jif is only good for baking. It doesn't spread well.

    I just love all those experts referring to how bad bottled water is and how bad his peanut butter is or that you mustn't eat bread or mayonnaise and yet he looks fantastic and is fit. xD

    wtf since when is processed peanut butter which is nothing but sugar and jelly which is complete sugar with food coloring and processed bread are all good for gains and keeping fat off? lmao ok your officially an idiot. stick to lifting weights you know nothing about nutrition

    I have a question.. This video was made in 2010, since then there has been many studies that debunk the "6 small meals a day" theory on boosting you metabolism. Rather it's more important to focus on maintain a caloric deficit. Is this accurate? Or does what he says in the beginning still apply?

    lol I'm very paranoid so I measure almost everything and count the calories. I use to fast and it worked to loose weight but now I want to eat more frequently just to gain muscle.

    you lost me at the bread part…I need calories so why would I opt for a lower calorie bread if i fins a whole wheat bread that's just as healthy and has more calories given that it's macronutrient makeup is good
