Thanks for some great healthy snack ideas! I'm a health coach that helps moms with young kids get their families eating healthy. I'm always looking for snack ideas to suggest. Seaweed & fruit-yogurt are great. I will have to check out the tomato juice!

Have you ever thought about being vegan? It's super healthy too, and you also learn that you don't need to kill or torture any animals to live! It's a whole new kind of energy in your life! (:

Now days I don't trust any food. Just eat what you want but a little bit of it, completely healthy is impossible in my vision !

I love it that fresh foods are cheaper than processed foods where you're from.

Just look at the ingredient list of Activia Vanilla Yogurt. There is Modified Corn Starch and Carob Bean Gum which are not healthy at all. Besides, there is plenty of sugar in it. Eating sugar for breakfast is not good for you either. It is much healthier to eat oatmeal or cottage cheese for breakfast. P.S. I was born and live in the Eastern Europe too.

I am not trying to be mean or anything, but i am naturally a skinny person and i did fall into the "natural" "healthy" eating trap. It made me lose weight, it can get really scary, and i gave it up because i realized that full fat milk and a burger here and there is so very necessary for your body, because foods that include "fat" is not necessarily bad, but are necessary for your body to function as a healthy human. I honestly think most the people who call himself "healthy eaters" are brainwashed and do not know what a disservice they are doing to their own body.
I am not talking about anyone in particular, just voicing my experience and opinion.

Maldova sounds like a great "organic" place. It blows my mind that other countries do not use as many herbicides and pesticides…And to have natural food be cheaper than frozen pizza lol…Wow. Great Video…Sea Weed breath!!!!

Im from Greece and we eat salad every day , like tomato with cucumbers and a little bit of olive oil . But in Greece its really hard to find blueberries and raspberries and if so they cost a lot! But we have other kinds of fruit which are really really cheap 🙂 You are really sweet and you should keep up to that healthy life style !
