Make A Workout Plan | My Workout Schedule

Let’s face it. Seldom do any of us have time for a full-fledged workout these days. I have so many other things that are competing for my time. If you can find six minutes to work out, then you can burn fat, raise your metabolism, and lose a lot of weight. I love the workout, and it’s something I have time for.

For those who are time crunched, what I recommend is the Six Minutes to Skinny program. Work out six minutes a day, and you’re done. It’s taught by Craig Ballentyne, and it’s a fun and simple workout to do. You can get all the details here:

    Whit !! First I want to say that I freaking love you !!!! Is to much to work legs 3 days a week ( mon, wed and fridays) and the days in between upper body and abs ? I would love to have your advice . Love you and kisses From Argentina 🙂

    I love watching your videos! I have been watching them in order from oldest to newest! I was wondering how often you incorporate HIIT/cardio with your lifting? Do you do it every day, do you do it before or after you lift?

    Love your channel! I have been working out 6 days a week for about 4 months now. I started my workout habit at 155lbs and I am currently at 135lbs, I hit a plateau and need a good mix up workout! Help!!

    Just made a plan! But after watching your video i'm going to do some rearranging, you really helped clarify what groups I should pair, I was a little lost on that part. I made a plan and i'm ready to commit💪🏽💪🏽

    what about abs? do you just do those on leg day? What do you do for those. I'm stuck doing sit ups, I'm at 3 reps at 55

    I'm going to write up a work out schedule and stick to it! 😉Once I do that and decide on the exercises for those days, how long should I do the routine before I switch up the exercises?

    Thank you so much for the inspiration! I have learned so much from your videos. You have the best workout channel. Anyways I created a workout schedule and everything is like your except instead of focusing on shoulders I decided to focus on the abs. I am commiting to this workout schedule!

    Just seen this video now! I just recently like scowered the internet for the exercises that i think i am most comfortable with doing and that will provide variety. I have 3 routines set up. Leg &Booty, CORE, and Arms/Chest/Upper back. I haven't put the third one to the test yet because least favorite but i just started this week! Because my work schedule is shifty It's gonna take me a minute to decide a workout schedule that will work for me but dedicated to the booty gains and trimming my thighs Most so definitely getting in 2 Leg$boot days!
