    Can you tell me what kind of coconut butter you recommend for the balls? The coconut butter in the video looks more like a powder….my coconut butter is way more oily and I don't think it would taste very good in a raw ball. Thanks!

    I have candida and yes, it is so gross! 🙁 I constantly have yeast coming out from the pores around my nose urgh. I've been trying to cut down my sugar consumption a lot and finding ways to heal my gut and your channel has been very helpful with this so thanks a lot. 🙂 I also find it realyly creepy when I think that I want sugar but it's actually the candida inside me. :'(

    Thank you this is so helpful! I recently began a Weston A Price type of diet and have been craving sugar like crazy. I end up just eating wayyy to much fruit and honey, so this is really helpful. Do you have any tips on "binge eating"? I always do this when I get home from school, where I'm not really hungry and just eating to eat.

    I've have been watching your videos for a long time and it's so encouraging to see your progress. Your skin, hair and body all look fantastic. I am trying LCHF and I struggle with sugar addiction. Thanks for all the great snacks I am going to try them. God bless
