    Love this video! Bought the bag and can't wait for it to arrive. Also started carrying cucumber slices for snacks and made a vegetarian version of the pre and post workout muffins and they turned out really good. Thanks for the great ideas!

    Hey Lais.. I did dream about those muffins lol. and I need too know how they were made. BUT I would really love too see a video explaining protein and supplements, the pros and cons and how they can be benificial in weight loss, lean muscle and bulking. Im currently trying too lean out but bulk up in areas such as my thighs and explaining the benefits of NLA for her products would be great and why using it helps in the gym. :-)

    haha every time you said snack my dog perked his little ears up like "really? I get a snack?" I need to start packing more snacks I find that I'm hungry more often than I'm not lately. Thanks for the ideas!

    Can you talk about the Greek yogurt ranch you make? I tried making the hidden valley mix and replace the mayo and milk with plain Greek yogurt and almond milk but it wasn't as good as I had hoped. How do you make it?

    Really, just start a genuine fitness channel here. Doesn't need to have amazing production quality. Just vlog. Take us through the day and what not. Plenty of youtubers do it and I know you'd get a ton of subs in no time. Just be yourself and take us along for the ride.

    Lais! At last another video. I am always excited when you upload. This was very helpful because I'm a working mom and usually out most of the day and tend to eat junk so thanks. I have to get me one of those bags and tupperware, I think that will motivate me. Could you please please please do a what I do at the gym video. I have a gym membership and I am always pretty lost at the gym as far as toning and lifting is concerned. Thanks!
