    I love how balanced you are with your meals and how you explain your food/exercises. You don't cut out anything and you combine all of your food knowledge to fit you ( not eating clean 100% but knowing what it is, snacks, keeping fruit in). I used to feel so overwhelmed about nutrition but seeing this let's me know that I don't have to go all or nothing (100% eat clean, 100% meals rather than snacks). Thank you for this!

    Am i the only one who hates quest bars? I tasted the smores, chocolate chip and fudge and they all make me wanna vomit lol they are goey and have a plastic after taste they are really good good for you so i wished i liked them i even tried putting them in the microwave

    When I was in high school all I ate was fruit like apples/bananas/oranges and like three bags of Popcorners. I was such a carb junkie lol. Love this video. Thanks alot!

    I have just subscribed to your channel and I love your videos! I have a problem with following some of your suggestions merely because where I live (Singapore) very few of the brands or items you recommend are not sold here. All the same you are a great source of inspiration and I follow as many suggestions and recipes as are available to me here. Thank you for all your help in keeping me motivated!

    You said to add snacks which we recommend. I recommend these either in place of pancakes or as the 'bread' for a sandwich…they are the duken gilettes:-

    1 whole egg or egg white, if you suffer with cholesterol problems
    1 1/2 tablespoons of oat bran
    1 1/2 tablespoons of 0% fat Greek yoghurt.

    Cooking Instructions:-

    1. Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you have a liquid and smooth batter. If you notice the batter looks a little too thick, add a bit more yoghurt

    2. Lightly spray the bottom of a non-stick pan

    3. Pour the mix and cook the pancake on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

    I eat mine with peanut butter and a banana.

    Hi there, have you considered Fenoboci Diet Plan yet? Simply do a google search search. On there you'll find an awesome suggestions about how you can lost a lot of weight. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

    Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tested every weight-loss method that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan because my cousin who told me great things about it and so far to date I have successfully dropped 17 pounds in 4 weeks!

    Can you please talk specifics about your macros! How did you figure them out and what made you pick those numbers? Did you make them up or did it come from a computer?

    The wheat bread that I buy actually has a lot of protein in it & I do the same thing with pita bread except I dip mines in guacamole with beans corn tomatoes & onions so yummy

    I've watched this vid over and over. I tried the pop corners and I do love them and I too am a big snacker I'm happy you have given me healthy alternatives. I love when you say "turn up at Costco"

    Thx for this video! You are such an inspiration! I definitely need snack ideas and these are good. I LOVE quest bars too! I also have plain Greek yogurt nearly everyday too. I just wished I liked eggs as much as you! Lol

    Try the Simple bars!!! I personal love their roasted coconut bars XD Best healthy Bars I have ever tasted probably cuz I love coconut!! Their breakdown is pretty good if u ask me! U can get them at Target or ShopRite or probably whole foods too. Btw I love Popcorners! White cheese is my fav flavor though!! Amazing snack
