Try patting the kale with a paper towel before baking, and spread them out more. They will become much crisper! (:

am i using the wrong nutritional yeast? I've had dishes that use it and it tastes really good but when I went to sprouts and got some(mind you, I bought the cheapest kind) it just smells like.. burn ?? not pleasant or cheese-like at all. and it gets into my nose like cinnamin and makes me sneeze…

Thank you for the tips! I would try the toppings with whole-grain bread. I would also put more in the oven because it consumes a lot of electricity, so better make more.

Daiya only tastes good if it's melted(unless it's the Jalapeño Harvarti cheese block) but you should try Chao slices, they're the best! :)

Thanks for the ideas. I made kale chips before and my kids loved them. You're so correct that they are just as addictive as potato chips! I have to make those again!

Those mini pizzas looked amazing ? another awesome idea for the banana pop if you're having a sweet tooth moment is to melt vegan chocolate and dip the banana in the melted chocolate then top them with whatever and boom, banana heaven

??Oh yeah!!! I'm so glad you said something about the cheese!!! It's so hard to find cheese that's not an oily mess! (I swear…it's like vegan cheese is some yellow oily mix of ???!!) Thanks for the info!
And thanks for bringing us more yummy snacks! Could you show us some different tofu options???
