Its funny how people pretend these stuff taste good. Well the most difficult part of eating such snacks is lying yourself so much you get convinced that you really like it.

Try frozen Greek yougurt homeade bark. All you do is take some chobani Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix a packet of stevia in it with some fresh fruit pureed in a blender. Mix all that together. Put parchment paper on a baking cookie sheet and spread the yogurt evenly throughout the sheet. I like to cutomize mine by putting some chopped unsalted mix nuts on their and chopped blueberries as well; but u can put whatever you want on it as long as it's to your liking and it's organic and healthy. After that freeze for 8 hours. Then take the bark out of the freezer and break it into pieces. Store it in the freezer on a cookie tray. Enjoy it when you are getting cravings. Honestly this is my go to dessert. The best part is it is only 30 calories for 1 piece of bark.

Going to sound silly, but I love frozen peas! Theyre cool and sweet and somehow help with savoury cravings too.
Also I absolutely adore your channel! I am a big girl with a big appetite, and I crave the exact same sort of foods you appear to love! Keep doing what you're doing, you're inspiring lots of people (like me) to make better choices :)

Here's an idea I got off of Facebook. It's called chicken dip. Chop up some grilled chicken and put it in a mixing bowl. Along with some cheddar cheese, or any cheese of your choice. Some ranch dressing and hot sauce and then either heat it up in the microwave or put it I an oven safe container. Enjoy it celery Or whole wheat crackers, or you can stuff it inside a bell pepper or jalapeño
