An easy option is to look out for protein bars that are low in sugar, there are plenty out there, they taste good and easily settle my chocolate cravings. They are expensive but occasionally go on offer on various websites making them cheap enough for a box of 12, so buy a few boxes in to last you and take them to work etc. as snacks in between meals.

Splenda aka sucralose is so bad for you it causes just as many health problems as saccharin and aspartame.

I really appreciate people who do these vids but they won't satisfy me or a lot of other people, they're healthy but when you're craving chips, a fatty burger etc. these 'healthy ideas/snacks' make you feel like a poor rabbit or leave you feeling hungry. I'm a man, I have a massive appetite, I come home from work after 10 hours of shoveling, them snacks can't replace a few bags of crisps or a few beers. Imo (maybe I have to change my whole thinking process…)

Respect to Thomas DeLauer for putting his name to this vid. (without advertising)

There's no shortcuts to ' i just want a 6pack' or ' i just wanna be ripped'. no matter how hard you work, don't be fooled.
Only stress, pressure and determination will get you results.

Calories in fruit are low already…yet he says eating Greek yogurt, which yes it's high in protein, but it's almost equally as high, gram for gram (with protein) in carbs…wot m8, not to mention the amount of probiotics in Greek yogurt are essentially nothing, once it reaches the digestive tract…also, last time I checked there are "nut only" trail mix options  at pretty much every grocery store, plus sugar through carbs isn't bad, excess consumption is.

Since when does trail mix contain M&Ms? What kind of trail is he walking on?
