Hi Zuzka Light, I just wanted to tell you that user Freelee Banana Girl in her videos trying to laugh at you and your food advices – I cannot stand that bitch. She is critisising every single video of you and talking about it in her videos – you should sue that pathetic human being. She is lost her plot! I like watching your videos and think that you are way more geniune in your videos than anyone like her.

The main reason why people get those uncontrollable sweet tooths at night is because they undercarb throughout the day. As simple as that. If you don't give your brain and body that glucose, which every single cell of your body runs on, at the end of the day you are gonna go crazy and binge big time. Those recipes look delicious Zuzka but they are not gonna help one bit with the sweet tooth issue. They don't fulfill the real human body needs, which is carbs that give it that glucose that it so desperately needs. Carbs are not unhealthy, that is b*lshit. Try a high carb life style Zuzka, at least for a week and see for yourself. Maybe than you could also share that experience with us and tell us how it went for you.

I love having low fat organic yogurt with a bit of homemade granola for crunch. This has really helped me with sweet cravings, which was my downfall. I've lost quite a bit of weight while enjoying this snack most nights :)

I got over the late evening / night snacks by drinking A GLASS OF WATER every time I feel a craving. After the first year I actually almost never felt any hunger after 7 PM.
When I started this I used to weight 103kg, one year later I weight 80 without changing my physical activity or diet during the day much. Today, 9 years after I made this change and with over 45000km with my bike, quite a few hours following your routines and a decent distance of mountain trail running I am 68kg and in very good shape.
But really the cheap, efficient and simple way is to take a glass of water when you feel the need to eat in the evening. It fools your hypothalamus long enough to focus your attention on something else.

This is my problem! Thanks for a great video. My other issue is working out with injuries. I have degenerative disc issues and super tight muscles. I know I need to strengthen my core but without injuring myself further. Can't really afford to do your program though. Would love a video dedicated to strength training and flexibility with back issues.
