Fuck you do not tell me how many calories I am allowed to fucking eat you chink bitch. Go take your chopsticks and shove them up your anal cavity until you feel a sharp pain. once you have enough chopsticks sticking out of your asshole I want you to stand up ontop of your table and jump off of it and land on your ass on the floor.

There is no such thing as "eating out of boredom". If your body is telling you that you are hungry, then you should eat. Neglecting the nutrients that your body needs is not healthy. Instead of eating high calorie animal products or junk food, eat some fruit or vegetables.

The time at which you eat does not affect where the food you eat goes. You can eat at 4am or 4pm and the food will still go where it is meant to go. Source: research

Thank you so much for this video. I stay up at night because I work 4,5 or 6 nights a week. I snack all through the night with two litres of water. I like to snack right with low calorie diets. Please make another video with more options thank you.
