    Interesting. I agree with most of what you say. There was a time when I was in amazing shape. The common response from most women about fit guys is that they think they are gay, self centered, narcissistic, stuck up, or some combination of anything mentioned. Oddly enough many women will be in awe of such a guy. What it all comes down to is that they don't know what the hell they want.

    Love David but this isn't one of his better videos. He really doesn't share anything about what kind of food he eats or anything about what he does for exercise.He only talks about this weird smoothie with maca powder and bee pollen.

    you should invest in a nutribullet. i like your idea about drinking water upon wake up and using your empty stomach to your advantage to supply your body with nutrients. i use a 2:1 ratio of fresh veggies to usually frozen fruits, then i add in extras like chia seeds, maca powder and protein. blending allows nutrients to be instantly absorbed by the body. those additives, i don't feel, can adequately replace whole foods. also with blending, you don't lose the fiber that you would with juicing.

    Argue all you want about his choice of supps and using protein powder, this guy is on top of his shit. At the end of the day IT"S JUST ADVICE do whatever the fuck you want people. You owe it to yourself to study this shit and be knowledgeable about diet and nutrients and how they affect your body.     If there were no such thing as toxins, then how do you suppose most people who eat the Standard American Diet eventually become unhealthy?

    Do you think people just "magically" become unhealthy and the result is probably because of genetics? My friend, I recommend you to look deeper – it must be due in one part to "toxic" foods of course, and a few other reasons.

    Cool water also triggers the adrenaline response, and in a healthy person, this is a more complete and positive reaction than taking caffeine (which is a neural stimulant only).

    The other issue with soy and whey protein is that they don't contain "complete" proteins. They are partial proteins lacking some essential amino acids that we can only get from things like fish or eggs. Good old fashioned chocolate milk is better for you than those powders, and the best post-workout drink.

    What a moron. Dave, I love your stuff, but this is not great advice. Supplements and protein powders are 99% filler that will pass in urine or bowel movements, or get stored as unused calories. Most of the nutrition people need is found in food, which our body breaks down much simpler than supplements. Even the ones that say "natural" are mostly synthetic filler material.

    The advice on water in the morning is good, as people wake dehydrated. That's where headaches and sluggishness come from.

    I totally agree to avoiding extraneous sweetning, flushing your body, vitamins and eating protein. I get sad when I see people storing all that artificial crap into their bodies with sugar, while being afraid of real food. They trust something they can't even pronounce and wonder why they're unhealthy.

    My dad was kicking it in Leavenworth's federal country club when I was born. He wasn't perfect but he tried to get the job done. You shouldn't call your dad a bitch.
